Katherine Jean Bolduan, also popularly known as Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. Most famously, she is anchor of CNN's morning show At This Hour. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been part of CNN its award-winning coverage of the presidential 2012 and 2016 election. In Washington DC, she has reported on the US House as well as the Senate. Bolduan was part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congressional cycles as well as congress discussions, such as negotiations for raising the limit on federal loans and Super Committee discussions. Bolduan worked as an assignment reporter for general assignments, covering such reports as the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision on Obamacare.
