Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17 She was granted her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of gymnastics in her youth. After only a year, she was able to get her Pro Card at the age of 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage after earning the Pro Card required to complete her college studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she was at in her previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a number of years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her an IFBB Fitness Pro who was the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia arena and claimed the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had achieved 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite her lack of expectations. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. She usually does bent-over rows and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. She warms up before moving onto her work sets. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by organizing all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
